San Diego DUI attorney news: A San Diego DUI / drunk driving suspect was arrested in National City yesterday morning after he ran from an accident on northbound Interstate 805 that injured both him and a passenger, according to San Diego DUI attorneys.
The one-vehicle crash was reported about 10:15 a.m. just south of Plaza Boulevard, said San Diego DUI attorneys. Witnesses told officers the man tried to get his friend out of the wrecked Cadillac but left before authorities arrived. He was taken into custody a short time later on Palm Avenue by CHP officers assisted by National City police, San Diego DUI lawyers said. The driver and the passenger both suffered minor injuries and were taken to a hospital.
