SAN MARCOS San Diego County Sheriff’s Department DUI team will trap motorists this Friday Night at a drunk driving roadblock June 29 2012 at a secret, undisclosed location within the city from 7:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.
DUI Checkpoints are placed by cops in secret locations that have the greatest opportunity for achieving DUI driving deterrence but by law must provide for the right to avoid the checkpoint somehow.

In the past 3 years in San Marcos, San Diego DUI accidents caused 2 deaths and resulted in 72 injury crashes affecting 99 folks.
